The tile is grouted, overhead lights installed and the baseboard instalation is underway.

The vent grate is framed in. The grate will be stripped and painted black
The baseboard treatment is in three sections-
a high solid section with a molding on top and 3/4 round molding at the base.
The high solid section is all installed- as is most of the molding on top the pre-primed 3/4 round molding is loosely place in some sections.
When the baseboard is all installed it will be painted-the the sink and tub will get installed.
